These terms govern the use of the casamedusawellness.com website. Casa Medusa Wellness is currently being finished in Bin El Ouidane: bookings and payments are not yet open, either on this website or through it.

Purpose of the website

This website presents the Casa Medusa Wellness guesthouse, its future rooms, the services being prepared and the Bin El Ouidane area. The information published is indicative and may change until opening.

Bookings

No booking can be made at this stage. Messages sent through the contact form, by phone or on WhatsApp are neither a booking nor a hold on a room. Booking conditions will be published on this website before bookings open.

Rates and payments

No rates are published and no payment is requested or accepted at this stage. Rates, payment methods and cancellation terms will be set out when bookings open.

Services marked “Coming soon”

The pool, the restaurant, massages, yoga and meditation, wellness activities, events and outings on the lake are being prepared. Their availability and arrangements will be announced later.

Contact form and WhatsApp

The contact form and the WhatsApp button let you ask us a question. Please only share the information needed for your request. How this data is handled is described in our privacy policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this website (texts, photographs, visuals, logo and design) belongs to Casa Medusa Wellness or is used with permission. Any reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.

Visuals and illustrations

Some visuals show projects in progress (for example the services marked “Coming soon”). They are provided for illustration and the final result may differ.
